Andy Goldsworthy

This print edition took its cues from An arsonist attack that nearly destroyed Goldsworthy’s sculpture, spire

Working for a week straight with Andy we decided go an experimental route that I pitched. I took the shape of SPIRE and embossed it into large sheets of cotton paper, then Goldsworthy used charcoal from the charred sculpture to draw gestural, creating ghost like markings. We made an edition of 25. Sold through Haines Gallery in San Francisco.
